Designed to be approachable

The POC uses labelled forms, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts and text descriptions of statuses. Colour is not the only way a result is communicated.

Identity capture is simulated. A future real service needs a supported alternative if someone cannot complete a provider’s capture flow. Accessibility testing and launch support arrangements remain part of release review.
